How to detect location of local costmap dynamic barrier using teb local planner?

I need to get the x and y coordinates of the dynamic obstacle on this map. It keeps these red dots as teb_markers and I can get the x and y from there, but this time it also takes the static obstacles it sees on the side. How can I get the coordinate of only dynamic obstacles?
