Play rosbag file slowly

Hello,

I have a rosbag file that contain topics related to camera, lidar and IMU. this topic have different frequencies.

I have a program that use these topics. However, the frequencies of these topics are more than of my algorithm speed.

I want to publish topics; however, I want to publish it slowly inorder to give my algorithm time to keep up.
