Update RVIZ configuration by setting yaml parameters

I have some parameters in my yaml file, which i need to use to change the voxel and seed resolution in my node. I already have the yaml file running and can get/set the values in runtime, but RVIZ does not get any changes afer setting new parameters for the voxel_resolution for example. I want to be able to see the changes right after i set the parameters in runtime, beeing able to modify my pointcloud in runtime. Is there a good source explaining this, or can someone explain me the step, or give me a simple example code in c++?
