Will there be API level conflicts between ROS 2 & OpenCV 4?

I know the API structure has changed from OpenCV 4 & 3 (eg some of the motion tracking algortitms are now called differently) wiill this be an issue if I install ROS 2 or do I need an OpenCV 3 install?
