Having problems with rclcpp no file or directory

I am new to ROS, I am running ros2 humble on Ubuntu 22.04. I have been following the tutorials and when I got to righting a simple publisher and subscriber in c++ I got a fatal error: rclcpp/rclcpphpp no file or directory. Up to this point everything was working fine so I am at a stand still. Is there something I need to add to c++ settings, compiler, link settings like I did for pigpio for raspberry pi
