how can we remove some ros2 packages, we need to remove some undesired ROS2 dependencies, like cmake

we require to have a bare minimal ROS2 Packages with out CMAKE and some other included dependencies of ROS2 How do we , or can we rove those pages from the ROS2 distribution? and still have a working RO2 node?
