rcl_yaml_param_parser is currently being used in gazeboros2control_plugin for parsing the yaml files for the controllers.

For some reason, I'm not able to parse the relative path. I just want to check if the issue is caused because of the specified function. Else, I think I can look in other direction.

I cannot find any information about the file path in the documentation
