Problem with "qt_gui_cpp" while installing ros-noetic on fedora36

Hello, I am trying to install ROS Noetic on Fedora 36. Unfortunately, I am getting the following error while building qt_gui_cpp. Please help.

It seems that the error is coming while compiling qt_gui_cpp_sip. Can you please install sip first? A similar question was posted long back #q266718 , but no response.
