'Error: There already is a workspace config file .rosinstall at "/home/wani/catkin_ws/src"

I'm installing in ros1 version noetic. I have two error. The first error massege is 'Error: There already is a workspace config file .rosinstall at "/home/wani/catkinws/src". Use wstool install/modify.' The second error massege is "ERROR in config: /home/wani/catkinws/src/src has no workspace configuration file '.rosinstall'" How should i do? Thank you for response.
