Calculate Depth Map

Hi,

I want to calculate depth map and I could not find a ROS package for it. Apparently, there are some packages that let you calculate disparity map, however, I want to calculate depth map.

Do you know a solution/package for it?

I have a stereo camera, intrinsic and extrinsic parameters of each camera, also rotation and translation between two camera. Now, I want to calculate depth map.
