How can I use the ros topic to pubulish the timestamps?
I want to use timestamped topic information to complete my callback function design, but how to publish timestamped topic information has been bothering me, hope someone can help me!

You can design your own topic message which includes std_msgs/Header and whatever you want.
By doing so, you can publish a message to the topic with timestamp.
