What are the steps for UR Robot tracking using ArUco marker?

I am performing robot tracking using ArUco marker. I have done, 1. camera calibration, 2. marker detection, 3. pose estimation What are the further steps to achieve robot tracking ? Do I need to perform handeyecalibration? Is there any material ? I have tried many sources, I get stuck after some step. Please help, I am stuck from a week
