Error between sensor data (MPU 9250) and controller data (Flysky FS-i6)

I have implemented MPU 9250 with raspberry pi 4 and using raspberry pi and Arduino for my drone project. I am getting data from MPU as well as controller. I am unable to calculate error between sensor data (MPU 9250) and controller data (Flysky FS-i6). Please help me.
