How to install joint state publisher for ROS2 crystal or dashing?

I run:

sam@sam-ub1804:~$ sudo apt install ros-dashing-joint-state-publisher
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree       
Reading state information... Done
E: Unable to locate package ros-dashing-joint-state-publisher
sam@sam-ub1804:~$ sudo apt install ros-crystal-joint-state-publisher
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree       
Reading state information... Done
E: Unable to locate package ros-crystal-joint-state-publisher
sam@sam-ub1804:~$ 

How can I install them? Thank you~

Hmmm, it appears that it hasn't been ported to ROS2 yet. See https://index.ros.org/search/?term=joint_state_publisher&section=pkgs and https://github.com/ros/joint_state_publisher/tree/ros2
