I want old 1.2 version of ros bag file because I want to know the structure of that file as I am trying to parse the ros bag file on non ros system. Suppose I already have ros bag files of version 1.2.x and 1.1.x and I want read the bag file and I don't have ros enable system. So in that case how do I parse the bag file.
