How to perform autonomous navigation with 3d map?

Hi,

I want to ask or get a suggestions with my problem. I want to perform the autonomous navigation for my robot by using 3d map created with Kinect 2.0 (Soon I will receive Orbbec Astra Pro and RealSense 435i with IMU, I'm going to build the map with that cameras as well).

Does anybody now the packages which allow to perform that with 3d map (not 2d). Or any other suggestions to achieve autonomous navigation with 3d map?
