Couldn't determine robot's pose associated with laser scan - burger

Hi I am getting the error while I am doing navigation topic in turtlebot3 burger using ROS Kinetic on Ubuntu 16.04 [ERROR] [1571763280.542860289]: Couldn’t determine robot’s pose associated with laser scan Help me to solve this error? (More specifically while running amcl.launch) But while doing slam.launch , it is working.
