How to automatically send co-ordinate to (where in ?)ROS studio so that a bot moves from A to B?

I want that a sensor should send a co-ordinate somehow that it reaches the desired location or field, so that robot can automatically move to B efficiently.

What conversion is required for co-ordinate? How to use 2d goal for this? Or what to use? Please guide.
