multiple point publish in Rviz

Hi all, I search around it looks there are many posts were asking this question, i.e. if it is able to assign multipule navi point in the Rviz, but looks so far no good result, nobody confirm the solid solution. I don't know if there are any techinical difficulty to implement that feature in Rviz? it looks for me for 1 point publish to serveral points, does not imply multiple effort, this looks like a very nice feature anyway.
