create point cloud2 from depth image

Hi, I have a image message of depth image. I need to create point cloud2 from that message, how can I do it?
I don't have camera info!!!. I couldn't find any document for that. please help me.

Can you describe where you got this data? A depth image without camera info cannot be projected into a 3D point cloud, there simply isn't enough information.
