transform map to base_link was unavailable in using husky outdoor GPS navigation

in husky UGV Tutorial ,transform from the map to the odom frame from Gmapping is not used.we want to use the transform from the ekf node but I don not know how to shield the map->odom from Gmapping . the waring"transform map to base_link was unavailable" show after "world frame to utm" in terminal.
