How to log BumblebeeXB3 third/center camera with pointgrey_camera_driver?

I'm trying to use a BumblebeeXB3 camera and log all three image streams (left, right, and center), but the bumblebee.launch file only reads the left and right images. It seems the stereonodelet is written exclusively for stereo left-right pairs.

Is there a way to log all three cameras at once?
