How to change the seiral port based on arduino-roslib?

Hi all : i now build the environments based on arduino+roslib on stm32, the default serial port communicate with Ubuntu(run ros core) is the USB virtual serial port ttyACM0,but i want to change the serial port to peripheral serial like USART0,USART1... how can i change the serial port ? thanks a lot~
