Navigation with RVIZ

Hi guys, I'm using Hector navigation stack for the navigation of my own robot. I would like to use RVIZ 2D nav goal to move my robot but I dont't know which nodes I should run and how to setup the 2d nav goal topic. I read the whole doc of hector navigation
