RoboEarth installation breaks

When i try to install the roboEarth software as described on http://www.ros.org/wiki/roboearth it breaks with the following error:

Installing http://git.mech.kuleuven.be/robotics/orocos_kinematics_dynamics.git orocoskinematicsdynamics-0.2.3 to /home/olaf/ros/orocoskinematicsdynamics

No output of get branch.rosinstalltaggedbranch.merge ERROR: Failed to install tree '/home/olaf/ros/orocoskinematicsdynamics' Update Failed of /home/olaf/ros/orocoskinematicsdynamics

I am using ROS Electric and Ubuntu 11.10.

any ideas?

What version of rosinstall are you using? Please provide more context in your error message.
