rosrun rqt_gui rqt_gui

there is no error report about this command. However, the bulldog doesn't move when I set speed as 0.1m/s. I run this command in VirtualBox 16.04 mac Pro and the robot is a bulldog. my ROS version is kinetic. Please help.
