Hello. I want to tap a serial signal. The signal is in the form of ROS topics. Can i directly plug this signal to the input of RX0 of my arduino mega. I am a bit confused because in tutorials, the serial communication is done through the USB port of the computer whereas in my case, i am not using any computer.
