How to control Pioneer 3DX( controller frequency = 100 Hz) with ROSARIA

I am a beginner and may ask elementary question, sorry:(

ROSARIA Tutorials says "The desired velocity of the robot is set via the /RosAria/cmd_vel topic. This desired velocity state is set in ARIA, which sends commands every robot cycle (100ms by default) to effect this state in the robot's embedded motion controller, "

I want to change robot cycle from 100ms to 10ms ( it means 100 Hz ). How should I do?
