wifi issue with lenovo IdeaPad Yoga 11s [closed]

I installed ubuntu 14.04 on lenovo IdeaPad Yoga 11s and realized I could not get access to the Internet at all. It happened last time when i installed the ubuntu as well. I fixed it last time and forgot the fix....lol

after following some tutorial, I think my wifi adapter(drive?) should be Realtek WiFi client (RLT8723AU)

what i am confused is how to download it from my windows laptop and install it on my ubuntu laptop through USB.
