Installing ROS on Gumstix Duovero

I'm trying to install ROS on gumstix duovero and then connect the hokuyo laser URG 04LX-UG01 to the gumstix via USB. The gumstix connects to the PC via WiFi. Can anyone please tell in detail how to do so?

This is an extremely niche topic. Not many people here would have ever used a Gumstix DuoVero. However, there is a tutorial on the Gumstix website on how to install ROS Hydro which may be a good place to start. Once ROS is installed, taking in the Hokuyo data should be easy. See the tutorial here.
