ROS for Ubuntu 16.04

1.How to install ROS on Ubuntu 16.04?? 2.Does ROS KINETIC has prebuilt moveit?? If NO then how to install it..??

Yes,

Just follow the install instructions at http://wiki.ros.org/kinetic/Installation/Ubuntu the ros-kinetic-desktop-full will install move it along with a good number of useful packages.
