Hey is there a ROS node or library I can use for detecting changes in a pointcloud?

I have search for scene change detection, change in pointclouds, etc. without getting any hits.

I simply can't believe there isn't an existing tool. I therefore wanted to know if anybody had a node/library that could be utilized.
