how can i send command from RViz or Gazebo to real robot ??

hi . i want to build real robot like hectorslam : http://wiki.ros.org/hectorslam

what parts i need ? how can i send command from gazebo or RVize to real robot ? connection between robot and PC is wireless !! how controll motors wia Rvize or Gazebo ?
