US Digital USB4 Encoder Data Acquisition USB Device

Hi, I'm trying to use an encoder data acquisition device (made by US Digital - http://www.usdigital.com/support/soft... ) to publish some encoder data into ROS Indigo. I've searched many places on the internet and couldn't find much information on how to do so. Has anyone tried using it to get the encoder data into ROS? This device has a Linux driver, but I am not sure how to make it to become compatible with ROS Indigo. Any suggestion/help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
