Compilation problem with Boost: BOOST_NOEXCEPT

Hi all,

I am having some problems compiling a package, related to Boost. I think it could be because I recently upgraded to the last versions of ubuntu and ROS.

Ubuntu 16.04 LTS

g++ 5.3.1

Boost 1.58

ROS Kinetic

Thousand of errors start with:
