Asus Xtion Pro Live USB Bandwidth Exceeded issue

Hello all,

I encounter an issue that when I plug Asus Xtion Pro Live sensor to Windows 7 computer and use microphone and image sensor on it at same time, system pops a warning that tells me that USB Bandwidth Exceeded. I have updated firmware to 5.8.22 for USB 3.0 compatibility. This problem happened on my NUC6i5SYK(Both on USB2.0/3.0), but didn't happen on my MSI GT60 laptop(Both on USB 2.0/3.0). I want it works on NUC, but I have tried a lot, everything doesn't work. So could somebody help me? Thank you.

This is a forum for Robot Operating System (ROS), and most ROS users use Linux. There probably aren't many people here who can help you with Windows; you may want to ask on a different forum.

as @ahendrix said, I've used the Asus Xtion sensor, but on Ubuntu, and I have never had this kind of problems
