What is the effect of changing a parameter using rosparam set command?joint
I want to vary the maximum joint velocities of ABB IRB 2400 robot in rviz from my cpp code dynamically.I tried changing the parameter in command line and the values is changes also.But i am not seeing any changes in the RVIZ visualization.
