Hello,

I have a problem is about shows the detection by rviz which is showed in the bottom of this website: link text

I just can connect to my sick lidar successfully which shows the message in the terminal as: [ INFO] [1449741250.946034831]: Waiting 50 seconds for device to connect. [ INFO] [1449741250.946396782]: Succesfully connected to 192.168.1.144:2111

After I know I can connect to the lidar, I want to make sure that lidar has sent the distance signals. Therefore, I install the rviz as following link: link text

Because my lidar just support the Jade of ROS, I change the command of installation. As below is my command that I typed in the terminal: sudo apt-get install ros-jade-rviz rosdep install rviz source /opt/ros/jade/setup.bash roscore & rosrun rviz rviz

And there is a window of rviz pop out, but without the detection of my lidar. As below is the link of picture of the rviz: link text

I would be grateful that someone can help me or give me some directions. Thanks for your patient in reading this question to the end.
