Hi,

I'm working on the ROS tutorial (http://wiki.ros.org/ROS/Tutorials/UnderstandingTopics) and when I'm running the next command:

rosrun rqtgraph rqtgraph

It gives the following error message:

NameError: name 'basestring' is not defined

What may be the problem?
