Robot with embedded PC,how I can visualize the remote desktop? [closed]

Hi guys, my robot has an embedded PC and Ubuntu 15.04 is installed by default. I know user, password and IP address. The PC uses a USB to CAN converter to comunicate with the motor controllers. It is already configured ANT and WiFi. I need to visualize the remote desktop , how I can do it? (I have Ubuntu 14.04 and I tried with "Remmina Remote Desktop Client" with the VNC and RDP protocols, but it doesn't works!).

Someone already did this before! any advice is important! Thanks

This question is not about ROS at all. Sorry. Have you verified that you have the respective servers on the robot installed? Otherwise, you cannot connect with a client. Also, is the embedded PC actually running a graphical interface or is it a headless system with command line access only?
