Cannot launch PR2 navigation under Hydro-simulation

Hi,

when trying to run the PR2 navigation under Hydro the laserfilters die always. It's namely the scantocloudfilterchain node form the laserfilters package. To reproduce, do the following under Hydro:

roslaunch pr2_gazebo pr2_empty_world.launch
rosrun map_server map_server <a map>
roslaunch pr2_2dnav pr2_2dnav.launch

The latter leads to the following error:
