ethzasl_ptam not acurate
Hello, I've been testing ptam with ROS and came across something odd. I'm running uvccamera to publish an image on ROS, and using imageproc to re-publish that in mono8, which PTAM is using. I'm also using a logitech pro camera, which has the right specs to run PTAM. WHen I run the calibrater with ROS, the error printed in the bottom left corner of the screen is around .7. Using the same setup, but using the original PTAM code not through ROS, the error is below .4. I'm not sure what acounts for this discrepency, any ideas how to trouble shoot this?

How do you use the original PTAM code? I would like to reproduce the problem.

Hi, thank you for the reply. Click on the link in the question, and click on link to download and agreement, then download the file. Then in the PTAM folder you need to copy the make file and camera path file into the main folder. Then in the main folder run make, and you get the two executables.
