I am new and this is my first time to use the ROS.

My server is RedHat 7 so I have no choice. I must work under this system.

But it seems that there is no way to install it for RedHat?

I navigate here: ros.org ---> Getting Started ---> Install ---> installation guide I see that the platforms supported are Ubuntu, OS X, Android, Arch Linux and Debian Wheezy. There is no RedHat.

Does it mean that I can't ust ROS?
