gazebo unable to get model name

Hi I run my model in gazebo, and then send appropriate joint command from Qt program, after a while I received errors"Error [ModelDatabase.cc:387] Unable to get model name[http://gazebosim.org/models/wooden_peg]" I updated Ubuntu, but it didn't fix the problem. could you please help me?
