99-gpio.rules doesnt exist in my udev directory (IoT devkit image) for Intel Galileo

Hi i am trying to manipulate GPIO's , some i can manipulate but others i cant, before using (IoT devkit image) i was using the (image-full-galileo) and i could manipulate some GPIO's too, eventhough i didnt have the udev directory.

the thing is, this is what i have in my udev directory:

root@galileo:/etc/udev/rules.d# ls

60-sysprof.rules 99-fuse.rules touchscreen.rules

there should be a /etc/udev/rules.d/99-gpio.rules
