Error [Plugin.hh:156] Failed to load plugin libgazebo_mimic_plugin.so: libgazebo_mimic_plugin.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

ubuntu 14.04. ROS-indigo.

I downloaded the "barretthand" package from https://github.com/kuri-kustar/barretthand and roslaunched the barretthandgazebo.launch.

There's some kinda "No valid hardware interface element found in joint 'joint1'" I found solution from https://github.com/k-okada/gazebo_ros_demos/commit/334819c3fd9454af9b63503c792a027302cdb2c4#diff-0145f8214c59612ff698ab2d3b2b9409L187.

But there occurs another Error message: Error [Plugin.hh:156] Failed to load plugin libgazebomimicplugin.so: libgazebomimicplugin.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
