I'm generating new migration rules for bag files that will be appended to existing migration rules. When generating the new rules I get messages like this:

WARNING: Within rule [somerule] cannot migration from subtype [sometype] to [some_type]

What does this mean? Is it something that needs to be fixed? It's still generating rules for me, and they seem to be okay.
