'Nan' orientation values in microstrain_3dm_gx3_45 package

I've installed the following ROS package: http://ros.org/wiki/microstrain_3dm_g...

And I'm getting 'nan' values for my orientation of x, y and z values. Has anyone else run into this problem? Can anyone guide me on how I can fix this?
