Which version of Ubuntu ? Did you follow the "how to install" on the wiki ? From source or from the the deb ? We need a bit more information.
This translates as "W: Unable to download gzip :/ var/lib/apt/lists/partial/cn.archive.ubuntu.com_ubuntu_dists_precise-backports_multiverse_binary-i386_Packages Hash checksum does not match"
Make sure you've done an apt-get update before trying to install.
