Is anybody else experciencing the ROS wiki to be unreachable as well? I haven't been able to reach it in the last 4 and a half hours...

The best page to see the status of the ROS webservices is http://status.ros.org .

The wiki is up again by now.

Yes, it's down (you can check on the Internet). ros.org as well actually. This was reported on the mailing list. We just need to wait for it to be fixed.
